All prices are subject to change without notice. Our cost for the beads varies from shipment to shipment, but unless there is a drastic change our prices will remain the same.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Customers unhappy with their order "heaven forbid" may return it within 10 business days for full refund on the merchandise. There will be no refund after 10 business days of receiving the merchandise.

​We use premium flex wire with standard grade crimps and cable gaurds to ensure long lasting quality for our merchandise. We string and build the merchandise with the highest care for quality. 

We can not guarantee the merchandise beyond normal wear and tear. As a courtesy for our customers, if your merchandise breaks and you have all the components ( beads, pendant, clasp, etc.) you can contact me via email to have the merchandise restrung for a fee and shipping costs.​​
